Welcome to use our products and related services! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and us regarding your use of the products and services we provide. We will notify users in advance via official channels.(2) Delivery Time: Once the order is packed and shipped by the logistics provider, it is expected to arrive at the user’s designated shipping address within 12-14 business days. Delivery time is an estimated period. If delays occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, fluctuations in logistics capacity, or other force majeure factors, we do not bear any breach of contract liability but will follow up on the package status and inform the user of the situation.Order Cancellation and Modification: After submitting an order, if the order has not entered the packing process, the user may request to cancel or modify the order. Disclaimer
We do not assume liability for delays in order fulfillment or service interruptions due to force majeure events (including but not limited to extreme weather, earthquakes, floods, war, logistics interruptions, policy adjustments, etc.). We will make every effort to minimize losses and notify users promptly.If order delivery, delay, or product damage is caused by user-related issues (including but not limited to incorrect information, unclear address, unreachable contact details, failure to sign for delivery), the user will bear the responsibility, and we do not accept any liability.If delays, product damage, or loss occur due to third-party logistics providers, we will assist users in communicating with the logistics provider, but we do not bear direct compensation responsibility.7. Changes and Termination of Terms
